IVF Journey Companion

You don’t have to navigate IVF alone.

The 361 IVF Journey Companion is a private 12-week coaching programme created for women and couples navigating the emotional uncertainty, stress and identity changes that can accompany IVF.

Drawing on neuroscience-informed coaching, holistic wellbeing practices and my own lived experience of four IVF cycles, I provide a safe and compassionate space where you can speak honestly about your fears, hopes, grief and everything in between.

You will never be pressured to “stay positive” or be promised a particular outcome. Instead, you will receive emotional support, practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you navigate your journey with greater clarity, resilience and self-compassion.

Through this programme, you will be supported to:

  • Regulate stress and manage emotional overwhelm
  • Prepare emotionally for appointments and treatment milestones
  • Develop practical tools for navigating uncertainty

  • Recognise and manage emotional triggers
  • Communicate your feelings, needs and boundaries
  • Navigate family pressure and insensitive questions
  • Remain connected to yourself and your partner
  • Make decisions that feel aligned with your circumstances
  • Protect your emotional wellbeing without false promises or forced positivity

Your 12-week coaching journey

Duration: 12 weeks
Format: Six private 60-minute coaching sessions held every two weeks
Delivery: Online or in person
Additional support: Weekly WhatsApp check-ins between sessions

We begin by creating a safe space to explore your fertility journey, current circumstances, concerns, expectations and emotional support needs.

You will also be introduced to your 361 IVF Journey Journal and The Hope Companion Workbook, which will support your reflections and personal development throughout the programme.

We focus on managing uncertainty, preparing for appointments, coping with information overload and recognising the situations that trigger stress or anxiety.

You will begin using the appointment-planning and emotional check-in sections of your IVF Journey Journal.

You will learn practical neuroscience-informed techniques to help regulate stress and emotional overwhelm.

These may include:

  • Grounding exercises
  • Conscious breathing
  • Guided meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Emotional regulation practices
  • Personal nervous-system support tools

Exercises from The Hope Companion Workbook will help you practise these tools between sessions.

We explore how IVF may affect communication, intimacy, relationships and your ability to set boundaries.

This session may cover:

  • Communicating with your partner
  • Expressing difficult feelings
  • Managing family pressure
  • Responding to insensitive questions
  • Protecting your emotional energy
  • Asking for the support you need

Partner conversation prompts are provided to encourage greater understanding and connection.

You will receive support for navigating the two-week wait and the emotions surrounding treatment results.

There is space for:

  • Hope and fear
  • Anxiety and uncertainty
  • Cautious optimism
  • Disappointment
  • Grief and loss
  • An unexpected outcome
  • Preparing for the next decision

You will not be told how you should feel. This session gives you a safe space to process your experience honestly and at your own pace.

In our final session, we reflect on your journey, recognise the strength you have developed and reconnect with the parts of your identity that may have become overshadowed by IVF.

Together, we create a personalised 30-day emotional wellbeing plan to support you through the next stage of your journey.
